MACROKIOSK's new JV with Chinese firm

Goldis Bhd's subsidiary Macro Kiosk Bhd has entered into a new joint- venture (JV) agreement with China-based VogueZone Beijing Tech Co Ltd to provide mobile telecommunications, technology services and mobile data solutions.

The 50:50 JV will be carried out via Macro Kiosk Technologies (Beijing) Co Ltd.

In a statement on March 21, Goldis also announced the rescission of earlier JV agreements between Macro Kiosk and VogueZone and between Macro Kiosk's subsidiary Macro Kiosk Pte Ltd and Beijing JieChung Age Tech Co Ltd.
